COVID-19 VACCINATION - PRIORITY GROUPS ONLY - Fairgrounds

St Lucie-Florida Health will be offering COVID-19 vaccinations at:

St Lucie County Fairgrounds

• 15601 Midway Road
• Fort Pierce, FL, 34945

Each family member must register separately and get a separate ticket for the event. When registering, please enter your name as it appears on your ID. You must present your ID and ticket on the day of the event at the appointed time.

If this event is sold out, check back on this site. St Lucie-Florida Health will post additional dates and locations when available.

HOW TO GET VACCINATED

• You must be age 65+ or a Healthcare worker
• Register for a specific time slot and date and save your confirmation ticket
• Download and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Consent Form
• Bring your consent form, registration ticket and a valid ID to your appointed time
• Valid ID must be presented for both groups

DRIVE THRU INFORMATION

• Please arrive at scheduled appointed time
• No buses or multi-passenger vans
• Guests receiving vaccine must be seated by the window
• Each guest is asked to bring their Eventbrite registration ticket, a valid form of identification that proves vaccination priority group (Driver's License, passport, Employment badge/ID, medical license/certificate, etc.), and a completed COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Consent Form in order to be vaccinated.
• This is a drive thru only, please follow prompts on-site and do not exit your vehicle unless asked to do so by staff.
• A 15 minute observational period is recommended after your vaccine is administered
• Lines may be long, please plan for water, snacks, and medications if necessary.
